At Nijay Academy, we strive to offer the best guidance and support to UPSC aspirants through our courses, mentorship, and resources. 

Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programmes.


1. General Policy

All payments made towards any course, test series, mentorship programme, or resource material are non-refundable under normal circumstances.


2. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal decision after enrollment

  1. Lack of participation or non-attendance
  2. Technical issues on the user’s end (internet/device-related)
  3. Disagreement with course content, format, or faculty
  4. Delay in course completion due to unforeseen academic rescheduling

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine circumstances, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate payment for the same course
  2. Technical error during payment gateway transaction (with proof)
  3. Course cancellation by the institute

Note: All such requests must be raised within 7 days of payment with valid proof.

Our team will respond within 15-30 working days and may ask for additional information. Final decisions will be at the sole discretion of the institute’s management.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. No cash refunds will be issued.
